Rafi grew up in Sherpur, Bangladesh, and later moved to the United States for higher studies. He obtained his BS and MS in chemistry from Jahangirnagar University, Bangladesh. Rafi enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors. In his free time, he likes playing badminton and volleyball.
